Installation Guide

Step-by-step eSIM installation for popular phone brands. You can install with an auto-install link, QR code, or manual details.

Install with auto-install link

  1. Open your eSIM order and tap the install link.
  2. On iPhone, tap Allow / Continue when iOS asks to add the plan.
  3. On Android, open the link and follow the eSIM setup prompts.
  4. If the link does not open setup directly, return to this page and install with QR code or manual details below.

Where to find the install link: My eSIMs page on the website, your notification email, and the app.

Before you start

  • Make sure your phone is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked.
  • Use stable Wi‑Fi during installation.
  • Have your auto-install link, QR code, or SM‑DP+ address + activation code ready.
  • Install once — avoid scanning the same QR code on multiple devices.

Three ways to install

Auto-install link (recommended)

Open the install link and follow the system prompt to add your eSIM automatically. You can find this link in My eSIMs on the website, in your notification email, and in the app.

Troubleshooting

  • “Can’t add cellular plan” / “Invalid QR”: confirm you’re scanning the QR code on the correct device and only once; try manual entry if available.
  • Stuck on activating: stay on Wi‑Fi, wait a few minutes, then reboot the phone and try again.
  • No data after installation: set the eSIM as Mobile data, enable Data roaming for the eSIM, and double-check that you’re in a covered destination.
  • Accidentally deleted the eSIM: most eSIM QR codes are one-time use — contact support with your order number for help.
